Health Insurance
- Employees will contribute 5% of the applicable monthly single premium and 6% of the applicable monthly family premium.
- Beginning 6/22/2015 employees will contribute 6% of the applicable single or family monthly premium.

- $25 Co-pay for office visits
- $5/$25/$50 Co-pay
Dental Insurance
- Employees contribute $1.00/month for family coverage but no contribution is required for single coverage.
- $1,000 per year per person benefit
Group Term Life: $10,000
Long Term Disability
- 6 month wait, 60% benefit
- $5,000 max per month
FSA: Medical and Dependent care Flex Spending Plans are available.
Deferred Comp Plans: 457 - 2% City match
Longevity percent based on years of service:
- 5 years of service - 1%
- 9 years of service - 2%
- 13 years of service - 4%
- 21 years of service - 5%
- 25 years of service - 6%
