Fire Summary of Benefits

Health Insurance
Employees electing Option 1 or Option 2 single health coverage will contribute two and a half percent (2.5%) of the applicable premium.   Employees electing Option 1 or Option 2 family health coverage will contribute five percent (5%) of the applicable premium. Employees electing HMO single coverage will contribute six (6%) and family health coverage will contribute eight and a half percent (8.5%) of the applicable premium.

  • Employees contribute $1.00/month for family coverage but no contribution is required for single coverage.
  • $1,000 per year per person benefit
