Domestic Abuse
DART investigators work with a Victim Advocate from Children and Families of Iowa to reach out to victims of domestic violence.
The Domestic Abuse Resource Team (DART) investigate crimes against children through the Internet. This includes managing the Sex Offender Registry and investigating computer forensic crimes. You can find more information at the Iowa Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force website.

Many of the cases are handled as joint investigations with Child Protective Investigators, the Polk County Attorney's Office, and medical personnel.
